 \u25cfApplication<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mol Pika is a mold-cleaning agent for aluminum die-casting. Among various kinds of mold impurities, dirty releasing agents, aluminum scales attached on the mold surface and rusts can be dissolved or removed.
Mol Pika is water-soluble as well and can be suitably diluted with water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf<\/strong>How to Use<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.Immersion Method
Immerse the mold into the cleaner liquid at room temperature. The aluminum attached on the mold will foam and dissolve. When foaming stops, the cleaning is finished.
For the purpose of removing the dirt in carbonized state of mold releasing agent etc.
the cleaner liquid is to be heated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.Brush-Coating Method
Brush-coat the aluminum scale attached mold surface with the cleaner after the mold temperature is normalized.
In case of a larger adhesion amount repeat this process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.Spraying Method
Spray the cleaner liquid by means of hand-sprayer etc. to the mold surface. The dirt in carbon form of mold releasing agent etc. can be most effectively removed at the temperature higher than 100\u00b0C, however, repeat spraying observing the removal effect to avoid drying out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cfHandle with Care<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Aluminum dissolving takes place through reacting the alkaline component of Mol Pika with aluminum. Hydrogen gas will be generated during reaction. Avoid firing source and provide local exhaust system for sufficient ventilation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Wash out alkaline residues with water thoroughly because of adverse effect on the products. In case the mold is hot, wash out the cleaner with water before drying.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Blow off water drops after washing with water and applying a rust preventive coating is recommended.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Mol Pika falls under the Deleterious Substances Control Law. Regarding the safety and related laws please refer to the Material Safety Data Sheet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
